We normally dispatch the item(s) within 1 working day once the payment is cleared.
Standard Delivery:HunnyGoods Ltd is a registered brand name, as well as on our own website, we are also in partnership with major online platform sellers such as Amazon, eBay and Etsy.
Express Delivery:It takes 1 working day for the item to be delivered after dispatch. In most cases, you will receive your item within 24 Hrs but sometimes it may take more than 1 working day. If needed urgently, please use the next-day service at checkout.
Delivery not Accepted:If you or the intended recipient is not available when the delivery is attempted, the carrier should leave a card confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange re-delivery or collection. If this is not done then the parcel will be returned to Hunnygoods, after which we will contact you.
We will then require the delivery cost to be repaid before the goods are resent. We cannot be held responsible if you are not available to receive a parcel or if you fail to re-arrange a delivery.
Order before 12 pm (Express Delivery):Orders that are placed before 12pm will be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
Orders after 12pm and on Weekends:Orders after 2pm and on weekend will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Exception:We do not offer International shipping and also do not send to PO boxes or APOs. We also offer many delivery services.
